: A study published in the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) investigated the effect of reciting the Aditya Hridaya Stotram on college students aged 17-21. The participants chanted the stotra for 30 minutes each morning for 45 days . The results were significant: researchers found a marked improvement in their self-confidence and a considerable reduction in their levels of anxiety .
