Always go by the PCB silkscreen. Many generic boxes share motherboards. 90% of the time, X2 firmware will not work on an H20 board.

If PhoenixSuit fails to notice your device, you are likely using the wrong USB port on the TV box. Unplug it and try an alternate port. Alternatively, replace your USB cable with a shorter, shielded cable to ensure adequate power delivery during data transfer. Always go by the PCB silkscreen
