KML (Keyhole Markup Language) is a widely used file format for representing geospatial data, such as placemarks, paths, and polygons, in an Earth browser. However, KML files are typically static and do not provide an intuitive way to visualize dynamic geospatial phenomena. In this paper, we propose a framework for converting KML files to video, enabling the visualization of geospatial data in a more engaging and informative way. Our approach involves parsing KML files, extracting relevant data, and using video generation techniques to create a video that illustrates the geospatial data.
