Note that the sources for Unix/Linux and MS Windows are the same... only the packaging method is different.
If for some reasons you want the previous version of Torch, it is still available here.

Remember that fifaconfig.exe is not a file you should seek out as a standalone download. It's an integral part of your FIFA 18 game. The only safe, reliable way to obtain it is to have the game installed on your PC.
