The original manufacturer, Alientech, has transitioned to the Alientech Suite for its modern hardware.
Always connect a stable battery charger/stabilizer to the vehicle's battery during the tuning process. A drop below 12V can abort the write process and corrupt the ECU.
Verify the car's battery voltage is above 12.5V. Check if the vehicle uses a different ECU variation than the one selected. Missing internet lock files or corrupt software files.
: Do not accept the update. Close the software immediately, disconnect from the internet, and reinstall the application if the device becomes unresponsive.
