Autodata 3.38 uses a virtual USB dongle emulator. Windows 10 strictly blocks unsigned drivers by default.
Find the file named reg.reg or Autodata_x64.reg (choose the x64 version if your Windows 10 is 64-bit). Autodata 3.38 Install Windows 10
