This paper examines the redesign of VanaWeb, a niche content-sharing platform integrating a blog and gallery system. We analyze user behavior before and after the introduction of a “New” dynamic gallery with blog-integrated metadata tagging. Data from 6 months of interaction logs and a survey (N=250) show a 43% increase in time-on-site and 28% higher return rates.
