Jcfg Font
Unlike .ttf files, which are rendered by the operating system, a jcfg or similar .vlw file is pre-rendered into a bitmap format within Processing. This makes loading faster and ensures the font looks exactly the same on Windows, Mac, or Linux.
: The font must explicitly distinguish between highly ambiguous character pairs. The number 0 should feature a dot or a slash to separate it from the uppercase letter O . Similarly, the lowercase l , uppercase I , and number 1 must feature distinct visual structures. jcfg font
